Competitie voor spellen auteurs : de winnaar.

Er liep een wedstrijd voor spellenontwerpers via Spielmaterial.de. De winnaar is gekozen en de beste spellen zullen via Mücke spiele gepubliceerd worden. Hier is het persbericht :

The game author’s competition at www.spielmaterial.de has been decided. Winner of the competition is:

Kalle Malmioja - City Council

City Council is a fast worker placement card-laying game of city growth with strategic decisions. Game starts by players placing their workers on committees which eventually decide how much influence you’re going to have. This influence is needed to build buildings in the city, which gives players points and actions.

Game is designed to work with 2 to 4 players. The game length is dependent on player number but is around 10 minutes per player.

The winning title will be published in October 2013 at the Essen fair, the other games in the following year.

While our two first competitions have been about creating a board game with some given materials and the third was about designing a meeple, this competition was about designing a game that fits into a given box.
The measurements of the metal box are 11 x 7,5 x 3 cm. What fits in there? --- For instance about 100 standard playing cards or approx. 180 smaller cards (Settler size) and some additional material. Allowed have been all materials that are available at www.spielmaterial.de.
Jury has been the gamers club Spieletreff Mönchengladbach and www.spielmaterial.de. The best games will be published at Mücke Spiele !
